Whenever I print to the Adobe PDF driver the report only prints in the upper left had quadrant of the paper in very small print. If I print to a regular printer there is no trouble. If I print anything else to the Adobe PDF driver it comes out fine. I did not have this problem prior to upgrading. |

I want to verify how to record a mortgage payment check that is going to be exported to Quickbooks. Do I only record the interest portion of the check in RentRight and have to modify the check in QB to reflect the total amount of the check and post the principal amount there?
I am verifying that I can not record my expenses in QB and import them into RentRight. I can export date out of QB into TurboTax. |

I am having a problem in the Export to Quickbooks module. Why can't I change the date of the transactions I am exporting with the 'Reset Date' button? When I change the date on the 'Reset Date' calendar back a week it won't go back to that date on the export screen. Is there a reason the export date is not the one I picked? |

I am training a client to use rent-right - we setup QB's pro 2006 then we setup rent-right and entered 2 deposits for July 2006 and was successful - we received the information for jan - jun 2006 and entered that into rent-right - now we want to export this information into QB's but it wont let us change the date and it says 0 trans to be exported - this is all very confusing - please help! |
